this is me.
a passionate Southlander, I was born and raised here, and after being admitted to the bar in 2008, I bought my first home in Invercargill, where I’ve lived and worked ever since.
I’m big on community.
I see real synergies between my Family Court work and the housing needs of our community. Tamariki and their whanau need warm, dry, secure housing that they know they can rely on, as a starting point for feeling safe and staying well. I worked on the Southland Regional Development Strategy, and I am currently engaged with the Southland Housing Action Forum, supporting housing innovation to tackle the ever growing crisis and shortage of homes in our region.
I’m here to advocate for you.
I’m an experienced advocate, with a special interest in family & employment law. I believe in hearing your voice and providing you with sound, pragmatic advice.
I offer representation in relation to Care of Children , Domestic Violence and Oranga Tamariki matters, and provide Legal Aid to those who are eligible. I have also acted on High Court Appeals.
